The House Of Representatives Passes The Controversial $700 Billion Bailout Plan

Washington Law makers have decided to pass the controversial $700 billion dollar bailout plan. The only problem is that it seems to be packed with air-marks. The hope is that the bailout plan targets what it was set out to do, and not the usual pork-barrel spending that washington is usually known for.
